A lot of people think I eat the strangest foods. I wouldn’t exactly say that’s true (obviously, since they’re not strange to me) but I do have a tendency to put random ingredients together. This recipe, Peanut Butter and Egg Toast Sandwich, is a meal I loooooooooooooove to eat. My parents made it for me all the time growing up and best of all, it’s got peanut butter in it (my all time favorite thing to eat besides chocolate)! I love how you can add peanut butter to just about anything! After happily eating one of these this morning, I drew up instructions using my Windows copy of Illustrator 10 for everyone’s convenience…you know, just in case someone decides they want one and I’m not around to show them how it’s done.
If the instructions are too small to read, here they are below. You can also email me here for the PDF.
How To Make an EGG-cellent Peanut Butter & Egg Toast Sandwich
1: Put greased pan onto stove and heat medium high.
2: Crack egg onto pan, mix, and cook evenly on both sides until egg isn’t runny.
3:Toast bread slices in toaster until light/medium brown.
4: Coat one side of one toasted bread with peanut butter (for extreme peanut butter lovers, do this to both slices).
5: Place egg on top of peanut butter toast and cover with other toast like a sandwich. Cut sandwich in half and pair with a hot or cold beverage. Enjoy!
